A football club with teams and age groups, parents, payments and subscriptions, training sessions and attendance — all of it managed on paper, from memory, and across WhatsApp groups.
The problem
Payments were recorded in notebooks and lost between them, attendance relied on the coach's memory, and player information was scattered across pages and messages. Management burned hours chasing answers: who paid? Who showed up? Who joined and who left? Every answer required digging.
How we understood the club
Before writing a single line of code, we sat with the club's management and mapped the actual day-to-day: how a player registers, how subscriptions are collected, what happens when a parent falls behind on payment, and how a coach records attendance. The solution was built on those answers — not on a template.

The impact

The system launched for the 2026/27 season and grows with the club.

A custom web system that works from any device — the coach's phone, the office computer — with an Arabic interface built on the club's own terminology, plus WhatsApp automation for reminders.
